We have a dedicated metal spraying facility that incorporates vapour blasting equipment to prepare surfaces as required and two Metallisation MK60 metal spray guns.

These MK60's are powered by oxygen, propane and compressed air for the metal spraying of zinc, tin, aluminium and silver based composite products. All these materials are sprayed for EMI shielding, or to create a reflector surface for parabolic dishes.

In addition we metal spray antenna profiles for use on our pressure resistant submarine antennas. This facility is operated by two competent and trained metal sprayers who use it as the need arises.
