This traditional paint finishing plant is a facility that was first installed in 1984 and has been successfully used over the years in finish spraying 80% of the manufactured products that Sussex Pattern Company has produced.

The facility which is a "Dynaclean" booth that is a totally controlled room within the building and our two competent and trained sprayers are very experienced in the conventional spraying of various two pack paints schemes.

Most of the paint specifications employed are to, or in accordance with Ministry of Defence schemes or similar equally controlled paint specifications to produce hard wearing epoxy finish, polyurethane for long term high gloss finish, infrared reflective and solar heat reflecting paint schemes.
