We manufacture all of our own 'in house' tooling requirements for various projects. Working with our highly skilled pattern makers, supported by a well equipped machine tool facility and utilising their expertise, we generate all of our own master models for production of component tooling that will ultimately be used for the manufacture of various composite structures.

The majority of the tooling that we manufacture will incorporate machined features where tighter tolerances are required, also for the production of drill jigs and fixtures as necessary for component production. Our master models are manufactured from Jelutong, Mahogany and various pattern boards dependant on the end use of the master model. All of our master models are finished to a high standard as appropriate to the need of the project.
